HSJ-65 Single Screw Extruder, installed with a 18.5kw Siemens driving motor, which guarantes 25m/min production speed for 16mm pipes. The connection of the motor and the gearbox is Directly Coupling, improves power transmission efficiency, compares with belt connection, this will highly optimized the power energy.

Basic Information for this Extruder: 

· Feeding System(Automatic Vacuum Feeding + Forced Dryer Hopper)

· Screw and Barrel Sets(With Heater band, protection cover, and cooling fan)

· Driving system(Siemens Motor + Gearbox + ABB Invertor)

· Electric Control Cabinet(Siemens PLC Control + Siemens/Schneider electric components)

· Highly enforced steel bracket
