Working in between the PP and PET material straps, Fiber reinforced straps plays a critical role. Mostly we see PP and PET strapping band in our daily use, but when referring to "Fiber Reinforced Straps", people may have to stop and think for a while. Here we are getting you a brief introduction of this new product. 

For PP Packing Straps, we are all very clear, it uses in everywhere our daily life, for different packing. But when for heavy duty packing, we usually use PET straps, like cotton, steel, brick packing, which require higher tensile ability.  For manufacture, to install PP and PET straps machine, it is huge difference in budget. While for the market concern, every manufacture want manage variety market range, then the "Fiber Reinforced Straps" is coming into market.

Advantages of Fiber Reinforced Sample:

It mixed the higher tensile ability into the PP Material, give it perfect performance into PP straps, so that it can compete with PET straps performances. It can manufacture 13-32mm width of band from the machine, for different tensile ability, just adjust the Density(Numbers) of the fiber used; Comparing with the production of PET straps manufacture, this one is more convenient and effective.

While referring to the production, people have PET straps manufacturing experiences, must know that PET straps manufacturing is not so easy, because need pre-process of the raw material.  For Virgin material mixed, have to do good Dehumilating and Dry effect before the material get into use. While this process have to wait about several hours. So when we visit PET straps maufacturers, we will see many big dehumilating tanks there. But for this sample, no need, the raw material can be used directly. Further more, and the most important, the machine price is just very similar price with PP Straps Plant.
