φ20-110mm HDPE Water Supply Pipe Making Machine
This HDPE/PP Water Supply Pipe Making Machine is designed for Egyptcian customer, which mainly for HDPE Water Supply/Irrigation pipes manufacturing. The machine is a higher speed machine. Size 20mm pipe will be able to run upto 20~30m/min. The Main Extruder is installed with 55kw driving motor, the output at about 150-180kg/hr. Screw and barrel will use 60/38 higher efficiency design, which has a long LD ratio, deep grooved design.
This is a 3-layers co-extrusion machine, mould desing is ABA, which inside use recycled material, for reducing the production cost.
