HSJ-45mm Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Making Machine

This series corrugated pipe machine can be used to produce plastic corrugated pipes of PVC, PE, PP, EVA continuously, as well as PA corrugated pipes. Plastic single-wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance,  corrosion resistance and abrasion resistabce, high intensity, good flexibility, etc.

Each corrugated pairs are connected with each other by screw and plated-bolt(refer to the following picture).It's firmly and stable in production.

• Double Work Position Winding Machine

Pipe Winder / Coiler is mainly applicable to wind the pipe into coil. It can be used for PP/PE/PVC Corrugated Pipes, directly installed after the tractor in the production line.

The winder, by using torque motor, promises stable tension controlled. The opening and closing of the winding plate are automatically controlled, which is very easy operation, and maintance.
