Shisha Hose Making Machine / Hookah Hose Making Machine 

This is a Shisha Hose Making Machine. 

This shisha hose machine uses 65mm single screw extruder, with a 18.5kw driving motor. Extrusion ability of this extruder is 45-65kg/hr. The material used on this machine is PP/HDPE granules, whatever virgin or recyceled. The corrugated forming machine is loaded with a well structured corrugated mould pairs, its running is reliable and smooth.  For shisha hose pipe size is 16mm diameter, normally the pipe will be cut into pieces from 1000~1500mm. Our shisha machine is highly automatic designed with a cutter machine, it can cut the hose automatically, by setting the length only. 

HSJ-45/65 Extruder model for choice.

We have two different models of shisha hose machine for your choice, based on different output ability. Model A: HSJ-45(11kw) and Model B: HSJ-65(18.5kw)

This machine is can be also used for Air Conditioner Drainage Hose manufacture, for multipul market choice.

The speed of the machine can reach to 10~15m/min+.
